Emma Swan

Snow White is the wife of Prince Charming, the mother of Emma Swan, and the grandmother of Henry Mills.
Mary Margaret Blanchard
Mary Margaret Blanchard is a major character on Once Upon a Time. She debuts in the first episode of the first season. She is played by starring cast member Ginnifer Goodwin and is the Storybrooke counterpart of Snow White. Mary Margaret is a charitable, sensitive elementary school teacher in the town of Storybrooke, Maine. When Mary Margaret recognizes Henry Mills' own unhappiness, she gives him a fairy tale book with the intention of instilling in him some hope.
The Evil Queen
Queen Regina, better known as the Evil Queen, is the primary antagonist on Once Upon a Time. She debuts in the first episode of the first season. She is played by starring cast member Lana Parrilla, and is the fairytale counterpart of Regina Mills. In the fairy tale land, the Evil Queen is a beautiful, terrifying woman who carries herself with awful menace. She is the mortal enemy of Snow White and Prince Charming.
Regina Mills
Regina Mills is a major character on Once Upon a Time. She debuts in the first episode of the first season. She is played by starring cast member Lana Parrilla and is the Storybrooke counterpart of Queen Regina. Regina is the mayor of Storybrooke and also the adoptive mother of Henry Mills, the first and only child of Emma Swan, with whom she is a bitter rival. She is closely affiliated with Mr. Gold.
Little Red Riding Hood
Red Riding Hood, better known as Red, is a recurring character on Once Upon a Time. She debuts in the first episode of the first season. She is played by Meghan Ory, and is the fairytale counterpart of Ruby.
Ruby
Ruby is a recurring character on Once Upon a Time. She debuts in the first episode of the first season. She is played by guest star Meghan Ory, and is the Storybrooke counterpart of Red Riding Hood. Ruby is a rebellious young woman who lives in the town of Storybrooke, Maine. Her grandmother owns Granny's Bed and Breakfast, a bed and breakfast nook, and Granny's Diner, where she works.
Prince Charming
Prince Charming (alias Prince James) is a major character on Once Upon a Time. He debuts in the first episode of the first season. He is played by starring cast member Joshua Dallas and is the fairytale counterpart of David Nolan.
David Nolan
David Nolan, once a coma patient known only as John Doe, is a major character on Once Upon a Time. He debuts in the first episode of the first season. He is played by starring cast member Joshua Dallas and is the Storybrooke counterpart of Prince Charming.
Henry Mills
Henry Mills is a major character on Once Upon a Time. He is played by starring cast member Jared Gilmore, and debuts in the first episode of the first season. Henry is the birth son of Emma Swan and adoptive son of Regina Mills. He is also the grandson of Snow White and Prince Charming.
Jiminy Cricket
Jiminy Cricket is a recurring character on Once Upon a Time. He is the fairytale counterpart of Archie Hopper. He was seen in Pilot, advising Snow White, Prince Charming, and their allies on battling the Evil Queen and the curse.
Archie Hopper
Archibald "Archie" Hopper is a recurring character on Once Upon a Time who debuts in the first episode of the first season. He is played by starring cast member Raphael Sbarge and is the Storybrooke counterpart of Jiminy Cricket.
Belle

Rumplestiltskin

Rumplestiltskin is an extremely powerful but crooked and greedy wizard who is able to foresee the future. He is one of the most feared beings in Fairytale Land and is notorious for his deals.
